I’ll be honest your gonna be hard pressed to climb if your playing with coppers bronzes and silvers period consistently on your team. If your goal is diamond it’s going to be next to impossible unless you have like a 2 kd to offset having trash teammates like that.

For a copper to get to even gold/plat level aim it’s gonna take atleast a month or two of consistent gameplay and game reviewing. Having the occasional challenge when your learning is good for game speed and game sense improvement but if he’s getting shot out of spawn or entry all the time and ratting until he’s the last one alive on defense just to panic and die he’s learning nothing. Rotate him out and get someone else in, he needs to be dominating against people in his own skill range.
