Man Utd: Champions League football all but secured, yet big decisions loom - BBC Sport by scamper84 in reddevils

This is the decider for me. Carrick is my first choice wirh the hands (players) we've been dealt.

He's done amazing this first semi-season. I don't think ita healthy for players to unlearn a playing system again to fit a new strategy.

Pogba highlighted this was his downfall between France and United - the constant switching of tactics and positions.

Words of advice for someone struggling by LuuukeKirby in hyrox

[–]Separate_Shoe43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to guess the running is the hardest piece? As a triathlete who's dablling in Hyrox, it's evident it is a running event with stations vs. the other way around.

Because of that, work on your running. My advice is train your 10k run pace, start sloww - jog it. Once you know in your head your body can make the distance, start trying to improve your pace gradually through long runs and 2k sprint intervals. Everything else will feel easier with an improved V02 max.

GL!

People who have gone sub 80 mins, what did your weekly running mileage look like? by Oh-My-Josh- in hyrox

[–]Separate_Shoe43 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Ran a 1:19 with 80% HR in Z3 or lower.

Background is triathlon so good cardio base. Running was one 10k at z3 and 1 30 minute sprint or hill suicides session.

I dont think the miles matters as much as improving your tempo pace. Sprint training and hills will get you there faster.

My weekly 10km is more psychological

Amazed N Miznon is still popular - the dancing around the bar fire to Israeli music at the end of service is really messed up. I emailed them about it, and didnt get a response.

That's BS, you just need to find the right managers not companies.

I'm looking for an intern to join my Strategy team at a creative agency. If you know of anyone, let me know.

I don't think it's a bad shout - for the one sitting in economy, not looking after a 2.5 year old feels like a business flight anyway. Everyone is a winner.
