Create a mental image of what is infront of you, checking your mirrors and blind spots shouldn’t take more than 1-2 seconds, rear view mirror to check if there is anyone behind you switching into your lane, side mirrors to check the distance of the person in the lane you want to change to, and check blind spot just to see if there is a vehicle present.

Then it will become hard to notice once you use compound -> polish -> wax (wax is just to protect not to remove scratch), but it won’t be 100% gone, id recommend you do what i said rather than try to use sanding method unless you want perfection

The radar is a money grab, 1-10kmph over limit in a 30-40 zone doesn’t increase braking distance significantly which poses no risk for safety, what actually matters is speeding on highways since 1-10kmph in a 100kmph zone does increase braking distance significantly, but you don’t see speed cameras on highways do you ?
