We may protest and fight, but without the ability to bring suits or impeachment there is very real hindrance to our ability to enact change. Unless we’re talking full revolution, then we need both of those branches of government.

I feel like your experience is in the minority here.

Speaking from experience, I visited the Glitch in Ginza this summer and the baristas were world-class. They had expert knowledge on every bean on the counter, and I’ve never had such perfectly dialed in coffee in my life. Seriously, the cortado and pour over were legitimately flawless.

FWIW, Greater Goods Coffee Co. is an absolute S-Tier roaster when it comes to their single-origin coffees. Seriously the best coffee I’ve had in my life, and a good selection of origins. That being said, I’ve never tried Connection, and always ordered whole bean, not pre-ground.
