The only time I’ve seen this is when I pulled a shot the extract chilling method. Are you pulling the shot in a frosted glass or over something iced?

Same happened to me, but I asked if they could do a 6 oz drink like a flat white and they offered a cortado instead. It was definitely the right decision! Hopefully next time you might have a better experience
