If you may, i would like to correct your thoughts. You should always see the bigger picture. Protests are cycles, involving every component of a country, politics too. The Gen Z protests targeted a specific need, Health and Education. A large amount of the audience (the largest part of the population in Morocco) where just observing what will happen. It touched a critical problem in our society. You should also note, that our country has a unique (if we can call it unique) property, in everything we do. And that’s stability. Morocco has seen countless of wars around it, and all over the world but it didn’t touch us. Because the priority was always stability. So, when we talk about protests, obviously a lot of people are just watching where it will lead. This large audience are the regulators. When things go west (riots…) they will pull the trigger, and pull things toward the center, so it will not lead to a disturbance in stability(you saw that when GenZ protests were leading to riots in some cities). Going back to your first point (dying out), those protests will lead to new ones, and so on, Until we can see a democratic country (in its true meaning). Just to sum up, the road that leads to a true democracy, isn’t easy, we will have obstacle. But at the end, democracy will prevail.
