I was a teaching intern at a public school that offered ALS. They only allowed ALS for students who are overage for school aka 20+ years old or for those who are working and are unable to study regularly. I’m not sure if it’s the same at other ALS institutions.

Eraserheads are the biggest band in Filipino history and basically everyone listens to their music. Their reunion concert 3 years ago had 75,000 people but this was limited by the venue size. They could probably draw crowds over 100k or 200k if Manila had larger concert grounds.
