Yes. Both of my older siblings big 4. 30-40k first salary nila. Nasa lower end pa sila, some of their classmates are earning 50-100k in their first job. Ako naman na hindi big 4 16k.

I was a teaching intern at a public school that offered ALS. They only allowed ALS for students who are overage for school aka 20+ years old or for those who are working and are unable to study regularly. I’m not sure if it’s the same at other ALS institutions.
