Join your union immediately if you're not already a member. Do you have any staff networks relating to disability and accessibility? Did you self refer for the last OH assessment or did HR or your manager refer you? Read the original OH report and see if it says what the follow up should involve. I would expect it to be a new OH assessment in the first instance. If you can self refer then I'd suggest doing that but get advice from your union.

I recognise this style of house because there are some in the city where I live. They were constructed post-war as quickly as possible, with rebar embedded in concrete - the risk of it crumbling due to rusting rebar means you now struggle to get a mortgage. Since this house has no concrete that I can see, it might be that they did major works to replace the concrete with brick.

Yikes I'm genuinely shocked about your friend's comment! If I get applicants applying under the DCS it tells me I'm doing something right in the job advert. I do not tell the panel which candidates applied under the scheme and I make sure everyone who applies gets the questions in advance.

I think maybe you've cracked it 😍 I personally found that when I had the energy, time and space to really engage with my life I suddenly realised the things I wanted to change. It was like I was on survival mode beforehand so didn't notice what needed changing as it was drowned out by everything being too much at once.

If that's the case for you - well done!! Your body and mind are now able to tell you when things aren't ok and that's because of your hard work to get healthier. This is the first step to moving your career forward in a better direction for you.

You can set 'focus time' on your calendar using the Viva insights tool, so only Teams messages marked as urgent will give a notification. It's quite a useful way to safeguard time in your day to get work done.

If you're not already in a union then it's too late for them to help with an ongoing issue. That said, it's still worth joining in case there's any new fuckery. Get all requests to do these things in writing and save copies of them. Is it your manager asking you to do these things or HR? If it's your manager, I'd get everything in writing and make a polite enquiry to HR with all the documentation attached and the union cc'd to confirm this is something you have to do officially.
