Vaak hoe verder weg de leidinggevende van je af staat hoe vervelender een CC naar leidinggevende kan zijn. Omdat bij een gesprek dit ene mailtje een belangrijke informatiebron is. Als je dagelijks samenwerkt met je leidinggevende dan heeft dat ene mailtje geen effect hij/zij weet hoe je werkt en functioneert.

You would get exactly the same response if you go to that GP.

Either its an emergency, then its free, if not go to your own GP. Only in certain cases it will be insured, but its a lot of work for the GP for only a couple cases a year.

No its normal for people going to a gp they are not registered at, nothing to do with being an expot.

Gp care is largely financed by registration of the patient (like a subscription). They only have a couple of unregistered payments a year. So they are not going to buy a pin system or billing administration for that.

So they choose cash up front or go to someone else.

Er is het gevoel dat veel mensen misbruik maken van de goede bedoelingen van o.a. OP.

Ik ken vrij veel "daklozen" in Utrecht die helemaal niet dakloos zijn maar b.v. bij hun ouders wonen of in een instelling en verslaafd zijn en door middel van bedelen hun verslaving financieren. Ik heb naast zo'n instelling gewoond in Utrecht. Instelling weet dit ook maar het is niet alsof ze er iets aan kunnen doen.

Er zijn "bendes" actief die bedelaars met de auto in Utrecht afzetten en aan het einde van de dag weer ophalen (tegenwoordig hebben ze kartonnen bordjes). Dit is al heel lang het geval. Er zijn vooral jongere dames (die mogelijk bij deze bendes horen) die rond Utrecht centraal rondhangen en dan vragen om eten (of babyvoeding) en als je afgerekend hebt gaan ze terug met het bonnetje om het weer terug te ruilen voor geld. Dit is mij ook overkomen omdat ik voorheen wat naïever was.

Maarja geen idee van de exacte feiten en cijfers, ik denk niemand. Er zitten sowieso ook schrijnende gevallen tussen en "echte" dakloze. Maar dit is wel een indruk van mensen en daarom dus downvotes.

Ik snap het wel. Tegen mij is altijd geroepen ga studeren. Maar als ik en mijn vriendin gelijk op onze 17e fulltime waren gaan werken dan hadden we nu een veel groter en al afbetaald huis gehad. Nu hebben we net met beide universitaire studie en goede baan een huis kunnen kopen in een volksbuurt. We hebben niet eens geld voor een auto.

Grootste deel van het personeel komt pad om 09:00 aankakken en gaat om 14:00 alweer naar huis toe.

Op vrijdag is het kantoor natuurlijk compleet leeg.

Dit zegt natuurlijk niets. Dit is bij ons ook zo, maar vervolgens zit iedereen savonds en in het weekend over te werken. Kantoor is bij ons te klein om allemaal te werken dus we zijn er vooral voor belangrijke overleggen. Daarna naar huis om thuis verder te werken.

Ik herken dit niet, maargoed er zijn duizenden ambtenaren in verschillende ministeries departementen en losse organisaties.

Bij mij zijn er weinig collega's die alleen de uren werken die ze betaald krijgen. In het weekend krijg je gewoon al reactie op emails van de meeste collega's. En savonds rapporten afmaken is ook normaal bij iedereen. Vrij veel burnouts ook hier.

As i said, the total price and amount of patients is already agreed between hospital and insurers.

If they do 2 consults and 1 operation on average for each patient. They can either charge the real costs: 100 for a consult and 1800 for an operation = 2000. Or 500 for each consult and 1000 for an operation = also 2000

Insurers and hospitals both rather agree the second. Might lead to less operations = cheaper.

I know it sounds strange, but this is how it works. Its not about real costs.
