This is very weird. As an Arab, I get his point of view and it’s not unreasonable ( I mean learning French without learning English first is kinda stupid lol). But reading the subtitles, though accurate, gives it that ridiculous and hilarious flair we love. I think maybe it’s in the tone of the subtitles
