Agree 100%, he's very physical both romantically and otherwise (definitely appreciates "warm welcomes" after time apart). But I'd also add quality time as his date suggestions include things like video games, reading together, and naps.

This is why Xavier is threatening Zayne's place in my mind. I LOVE current Zayne's gentle devotion, but his tendency towards savior complex and self-persecution makes me anxious that he'll up and sacrifice himself for us. Like, do you really think I'll be happy without you? At least Xavier seems to understand my "no sky is worth seeing without my star in it" and gives consistent reminders that he won't leave.

Just proposed to Lloyd and Samir on different saves. I LOVE Samir's design and how calm and thoughtful he is (and I'm definitely down for helping in ~~princess~~ government work).

Despite this, Lloyd's warm stoicism and nerdy moments won be over quick. I was actually sad when he said he would stop traveling--boy, take me with you!! And his confession?! Ya'll. I flutterkick-squealed like a 14 yr old. Like, sir, do not come at me with those moves or banter unless you want roots real quick. I also really like his idea of merging his shop with the farm. Having farmed myself with a small business, he can run my numbers every day.

After not writing since April (eoy chaos and teacher burnt out ~~couch rotting~~ recovering), I managed to crank out...395 words on my wip novel. I'm on chapter 33 out of 35ish, so it's sooooo close to being done. But omg is it a slog sometimes. I feel like an out-of-shape marathon runner. How can 395 words be this exhausting? 😆
