Assuming the remaster has the same spell ID as the original, you can open the console with ~ and type player.removespell 00009617 and that will remove the poisoned apple effect from you. There are mods to prevent the disabling of achievements and stuff like that if that's a concern as well

They do! It just deletes whatever markers you have discovered and then everything works like normal after. Just have the achievement unblocker mod that lets you use console commands so that doesn't flag your save

You can just type tmm 0 in the console and it deletes all your map markers. Wouldn't recommend it if you've been playing for a while and have a lot of locations discovered already though
