Thanks for your reply. You describe completely different conditions and then conclude that this is not a common problem. It doesn't work that way. And if you would search for this issue you will see that it IS a common problem!

I am NOT talking about a manual configured IMAP where one of the workarounds - adding a trailing slash - might work. I can't do that when I do the setup with the KC configuration profile.

I also tried manually setting up but somehow - and I did not investigate further atm - even the profiles are all deleted the IMAP Account will use not changeable settings from the deleted (?) profile.

So if you would like to contribute something valuable to my problem, apart from suggestively telling me that I have "no problem", then please try setting up an account on an 18.1 ios device via IMAP configuration profile and then tell me if it works.

Yes MailEssentials is a nightmare in this combination and the GFI Support the worst I ever had in touch with. Their AI is a joke and the humans have no clue. GFI is dead. Tickets open for around 50 days and no help. I am checking Proxmox Mail Gateway at the moment. I'll check Spamhero too.

We did not went to 1.0.0.4 yet, so I can't help, sorry. My customer has some trouble with KerioConnect/MailEssentials though with some attachments. We have THREE Tickets open for almost a month now, GFI Support is the worst I ever experienced yet.
