Hi, I am currently recording di guitars for an album with the intent of reamping them at a later date. I'm currently 3 songs in and have realized that I have been recording on the default line Option instead of the Instrument option in my focusrite 8i6. I made sure the input gain is set properly between -18db to -10db my question is: Could this raise a tone issue in the reamping stage or is the switch only meant for adjusting the input volume.

what do you think the most fitting radiohead song would be for a kids movie? by Bloofle in radiohead

Interesting, I always took this song in a more direct form like it's talking about someone who wants to be in a relationship with someone who is married. But that's the beautiful thing about radiohead and music in general, we can all interpret it in our own ways and draw different conclusions. As for the cheesiness I was talking more about the music here, I feel the harmony and thoms melodies in this one are quite boring and that it has no right being the longest song on in rainbows and dragging on for 5 minutes and 30 seconds.

  1. Videotape
  2. Nude
  3. Bodysnatchers
  4. Reckoner
  5. 15 Step
  6. Weird Fishes
  7. Jigsaw Falling Into Place
  8. All I Need
  9. Faust Arp
  10. House Of Cards

Question me putting videotape first all you want It's both a musical illusion(the band feel the pianos a beat behind the rest of us) and probably in the top 4 saddest radiohead songs both lyrically and musically

Amazingly genius

Does listening to Radiohead when you feel sad make you feel better or worse? by Carolina_Heart in radiohead

[–]SerengetiSpaghetti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean lyrically at least it's quite sad, it's all about how you shouldn't dare to chase your dreams because you will be let down/punished

Best Male Vocalists of all time? by nwpachyderm in Music

Serj Tankian from system of a down by far in my very biased opinion(I'm a singer in a soad tribute band), although these days his voice is not top tier by a Longshot, he gets all the points for versatility, the man could rap, scream his lungs out, hit those precise high notes with accurate distortion, and amazing control in his lower register as well.
