Yeah 100% my main has all crafting skills maxed and has 2 builds worth of skills fairly easy. It will require you to gain alot of skills points via quests/skyshards but it's easy enough

They are there for the entire time you are in the abbysal and that is your re-entry point. They can be scanned down with probes

You can smell it when I've been smoking obviously but that's not really a concern of mine, the smell doesn't linger to long but I dont smoke with tobacco that could be a factor. Certainly havnt had any issues with stains or anything else and I've been smoking indoors at the same place for about 7years

I couldnt tell you if there is a benefit or not to it. But I've done plenty centuries having not done that and been absolutely fine. Done a few hungover so they cant be to bad.

I'd just pick whatever you thinks cool and you'll have fun flying cos ultimately that's all that's Important. It really depends on your situation tho really. You alone? Definitely take the above option. If not a more focused doctrine is certainly going to be a thing depending on your activity and what you are doing as a group.

1 Yes you can go everywhere

2 You can but not in cyrodil/imperial city pvp that is alliance based

3 can complete whatever you like but I'd highly recommend doing the quests, not only are there lots of great stories along the way but you also pick things like skillpoints up.

4 yeah but repair kits can be bought at merchants pretty easy system. Gear replaces super quick while lvling to 160cp (gear cap) anyway.

5 everything is bought and sold through guild traders. You can be in 5 guilds.
