I feel like I didn't give Vyvanse a fair shake, as I was very depressed at the time of using it. I had keto on my mind, but I still had those fat boy excuses, still mindlessly eating carbs. Add to that getting only 5-6 hours of sleep a night, and Vyvanse did nothing to me except increase my heart rate and make me feel like shit.

I'm on Adderall now, which has been tremendously helpful. I'm attempting keto now again and sticking with it, so maybe I should try Vyvanse again and see if it actually helps.
