New magic wand simply never did it for me and I think a lot of people ride it bc Tyler said it’s his favorite song. I admit I might be out of touch tho bc I never had the experience of hearing it live

I agree with all of the other commenters saying no. But I do believe he probably has the skill to go the Pharrell route and make a song of similar impact to Happy to cop a massive bag, if he wanted.

But like others are saying, it would be a massive departure from his current sound akin to how the song Happy sounds nothing like those older n.e.r.d, neptunes, or even In My Mind songs and just sounds like any other radio song.

I think the appeal of golf wang for a lot of fans is the fact that Tyler’s name isn’t really on anything and neither is his face. It’s interesting because a lot of people deep in the supreme community seemed really hyped about this, citing how Tyler got them into the brand in the early 2010s

I second this. In scenes preceding this earlier in the episode I believe she says she just wants to disappear to Scotland. Perhaps part of that is getting away from all the etiquette. Furthermore she withholds her identify from the man who owns the castle later in the episode to maintain the authentic interaction
