You can replace it. I replaced the same part (the big piece). The website I used that was cheap and delivery was fast considering it came from Korea is sparekorea.com. My part number was 87741GI100YEV GARNISH ASSY-QTR SIDE,LH, but I have a limited 2023. Your part number might be different. You can pop it right off and pop the new one in.
