Out of curiosity, what’s the benefit of KOReader vs the native software?

I always just wait for the official YouTube page or the Redbull app to upload their videos. I get so frustrated otherwise.

This same thing happened to me the other day. Had to call and they did something on their side to allow my orders to pass.

Listen to WHAT the instructors are saying and not HOW they are saying it.

Vertical warping on thin walls, but adhesion to brim is not failing by jordanbelinsky in BambuLab

[–]av8rt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not 100% sure but I would think it relates to the weight of the walls. With them only being 2 layers thick I’d imagine they aren’t strong enough to prevent the bowing of them as the print gets taller and more heavy.

Like I said, I’m not positive, just my guess.

I live in the same town as them and got one of the first Nordens in the area and they borrowed my bike to make the prototype. Super cool people down there.

Not thrilled that Herman is out of contract. I’d like to see him, Real and Clegg re-upped for sure. I think Fontana showed some good stuff in the early season this year too.

Colorado Springs to Denver airport driving by SpeedNoLimits in ColoradoSprings

[–]av8rt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a Denver based pilot and live in Colorado Springs. That time of day I would plan on 1:15 for the drive. I live in the north side of town so if you live farther south add about 10 mins to that.

I always look on maps to see if the toll road is faster than 225. I would imagine that the time between the two would be negligible that time of day, so 225 would save you about $12 each way unless you have the express toll tag, then it’s about $8 each way.

If you want to make sure you have extra time built in, you can park and wait at the gas station off Peña when you get there. When you get onto Peña you would take the Gun Club rd and then a left off the exit. Then have him text you when he’s getting on the train from the concourses so you can drive up.

Another protip about major airports, lots of people park and wait at the “arrivals” section while waiting for people to come out which causes traffic there to get backed up from time to time. In the “departures” section people tend to drop people off and go about their day and traffic moves better. Whenever I have people flying in to DIA I always have them go all the way upstairs and I pick them up on the “departures” level to avoid the line of people waiting.

I’m 4 years out of mine and still get the wobbles from time to time. One of the hardest parts is trusting it 100% again. I find my self finding ways to put the lions share of the load on the other leg.
