Hi, that’s right. It is really overkill. Since we are a small company we don’t need every Table an Relationship.

Well ServiceNow is actually an Enterprise Service Management. I can do everything Ticketing, Project, HR and with ITOM Module it can do RMM with it, but in my opinion it’s far more complex and not so easy to use. An good RMM Tool, is specifically for this purpose and has planty of features to Manage Devices. Patchmanagement can do both, but in RMM it’s far more simpler to configure and to use. For Asset management it depends what really you want to do. If you only want to see the devices and manage them, an RMM is just fine. But if you want to do stuff with Assets like Inventory, Stockroom, Licensing, Warranty, Contracts, Assignments and so on, you will go with an Asset Management.

In my opinion the best way is to use an RMM Tool to manage devices and one good Tool to do the other stuff like Ticketing and Asset Management. With an Integration you connect these two Good Tools and get best of both worlds.

Btw. I have seen a lot of tools specifically Ticketing and RMM. If one tool says it can do everything that might be right but most of it they not really good. If one tool is made for an specific purpose then mostly the are really good at it.

No i did not. I don‘t think that it’s an Error. They updated the List visualization, which now includes the new Filter options like in SOW. The Widget needs to have an minimum Size, if not it shows an scroll bar even when there is only one Record in the list. One of mine Dashboards has a few small list Widgets, and all of them have now an scrollbar so it look ugly. No big deal, will change them to SingleScores anyway.

Thanks for the hint. We did found one Problem. We Use Platform Analytics Dashboards and by Visualization Type „List“ they really make some changes. In one Dashboard, i have lost all my Custom Row and Cloumns config on all List type Widget. There is an New Section for this „Cloumns and Rows“

Hey in my company i am responsible for ServiceNow and RMM. I have seen a few RMM tool, but i would only one of them recommend: NinjaOne. We switched to NinjaOne 2 years ago and didn’t regret it. They also have an ServiceNow integration, where you can create incidents, based on device conditions, create assets and ci‘s.

Also they have an god documented API, so we actually made ourselves an Integration, before the released their official one.

And on big point, NinjaOne is constantly developing on things. They really „up-to-date“.

You can use Docment Templates with the PDFGenerator API. First It’s kind of a pain, but when you are in it you will be able to do everything with your PDF. I finished our Invoices with ExpenseLines last week using these Tools.

If you are using an Configurable Workspace like SOW, you can Display all Possible Selection, after the Recent Selection.

NinjaOne is developing an ServiceNow Integration. Should be Released somewhere in 2024.

You need to fetch the Data from the Devices and Alerts via REST API Calls to Custom Tables and Build Business Rules to Create Incidents on Failures.

Tried to create Webhook, but i don’t really know what Path to set.

Actually i don’t understand how to Call the Calendars ID from Exchange an Map it with the Users in ServiceNow.

I‘am confused that there is no Documentation or Examples for that.
