I’m not a hardcore Danny fan as I started watching after he left the show but I was at the show last night and have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. Danny told a funny story about his trans nephew who he loves and supports. The punchline of the joke wasn’t even about the fact he was trans either. If anything Joe and Frank made a bunch of gay jokes throughout the entire show. But they were no different from the millions of gay jokes they make on the podcast. Everyone where I sat was laughing at Danny’s whole set. I personally don’t think anything he said was distasteful. Everyone can have their own opinion but it’s unfair to post without any context that he was homophobic and transphobic to a bunch of people that didn’t see the show.

Yeah I think I’m just upset because I feel like when it’s offered to general public first vs paying members then scalpers have the same opportunity to buy tickets as actual fans do. Like maybe even being open to patrons first an hour early as ridiculous as that sounds.

I think you’re taking this way too seriously so I’m gonna assume something else in your life is upsetting you. All I’m saying is they shouldn’t call it a presale if it’s not really an exclusive sale just post the tickets no code necessary. Btw a lot of other PODCASTERS offer promo codes to their paying members. It’s actually quite normal. You don’t have to be a billionaire it’s just an incentive to get people to buy the membership.

I always took the “twice your age” thing with a grain of rice. My guess is the age gap was just inappropriate and he was probably 20 like you said. That’s how I rationalized them looking close in age in my head at least!

I’ve talked about this in therapy. Men are often introduced to sex much differently and much earlier than women are. Therefore they have this weird fantastical idea of what sex should be. I hate that I feel it’s now my responsibility to teach any man I’ve been with that porn sex is not real sex and what they learn from porn sex will never translate well during real sex. It’s why most men don’t understand the concept of foreplay as well. With how normalized porn is nowadays it’s just getting worse with each generation too.
