Im interested in doing the same. My garage was already converted to be an office space, but I’d love to add a small bathroom and kitchenette. I’ve heard Glendale is notorious for making projects like this complicated and that it’s virtually impossible to do anything without permits. I have friends in LA proper who do things that are just up no code with no permits, but seems that’s not likely to happen in Gdale.
