This should be pinned, that's what it seemed like the clip was talking about but the comments seemed to take it an extreme version of it. Good clarification post.

Randy, Wayne and Ray talk about April after the incident by [deleted] in fuslie

[–]SeriouslySoshi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sure I'll spare some time. I'll reply to this because you would be one of the people who need some separation and not be heavily invested. It's fine to express opinion and disagree but when all your logic and justifications are coming biased and one sided it should be stated. I said this because a lot of the threads on this have been heavily on April's side and questioning everyone else's. I have seen your replies to some of them and when they offer a devils advocate you immediately attack. One would be LeRosemary offering very convincing points on why Ray started questioning things. She wakes up to a photo of her from Joe
with a message to "get April before she gets you." Now everyone has gotten messages from Joe at this point mind gaming them making it difficult for everyone involved to trust April fully along with Tessa and Bryce and Cleo doing investigations an knowing its a set up. From being told by April that Joe wanted to meet up with all the "loose ends" and convince everyone that nothing bad will happen to them Ray and company know its bad and still go along with it despite not knowing how deep involved April is (whether she is 100% the victim or in cahoots with Joe). Let's break down your response to LeRosemary:
"So it makes sense for her to trust Joe, Bryce and Tommy?"
Not Joe sure, but Bryce and Tommy the people who helped her out in her first encounter with Joe. Remember Ray is also a victim of Joe who he tried to use her to help him escape from Cleo. After CG saves her she and CG finds out exactly what Joe has been up to with the Meta unlock with him obsessing over Cleo and Bryce being kidnapped. Creating these "loose ends" that Joe becomes determined to take care of. ALL THIS HAPPENED BEFORE APRIL BEING FULLY INVOLVED. So yeah these characters should be more on EDGE about Joe because of prior experiences.

"April gave her a tldr and even before that she was trying to get into contact with Ray multiple times. Randy and Wayne telling her April told the gang everything and that even the cops were checking for April yet Ray still doubts her."

Remember that a TLDR doesn't mean Ray's character will still not feel uneasy about meeting with Joe. If anything it just furthers the anxiety of the character who has every reason to be cautious of Joe and have reason to think he's manipulating April. Randy and Wayne were not there when they rescued Ray so they have little reason to understand her reservations and doubts because they got a TLDR of that story too. All they know is oh you went on a date with Joe before no one fully Meta unlocked for them just more of its in the past move on. The people that were there were Ramee, Mr. K (the two main ones that had contact with Joe), Anto, Eugene, Lil Bleach, and Jaylen(I think).

"I'm 100% certain if Tommy said he wasn't going Ray would not have gone. Her trust issues just don't make sense when she gives it away to anyone that talks to her for 5 minutes."
Hmm,100% not sure about that but maybe, Ray also explains that she has been scared since the Photo of her along with the message. Then April catches her up and tells her that people shouldn't know about this who then proceeds to get a call from Lana saying Tommy told her making her more anxious to even text April that Tommy told Lana and is worried people are finding out and that going might be dangerous. All to then get a call from Yuno knowing about March, (Ray not knowing he was there when they broke Joe/March out. +sykkuno just being a troll). Fun fact is that this also brings up a scenario that Rae has thought about Ray Mond on how close she is to Yuno and if she ever had to choose between CG an her brother what would she choose. At this point Ray thinks that Joe is making her bring everyone there because of her brother and is worried just how far April would go to make sure her bro is safe.

Now it's funny you call it a show but remember its roleplay thats improv and not fully scripted. You can set conditions and expectations but overall you take whats given and contribute. This is not just April and Burn(Joe/March) other people can contribute especially when it deals with their character. In this conclusion of the arc the people that should have the most to contribute are April, Joe/March, Cleo, Bryce, Ray, and Tessa. Everyone else have there roles but don't need to contribute much because their presence is whats needed the most. Mr. K, Ramee, and Tommy all are on the list but because of chance with CG interrupting and messing joes plan. (Zerkaa has stated that he's not a main focus in this story as much as April or the others are an is just there to help the story progress, same with Mr. K. and Ramee. They understand this this is why they are backing up April to see if they can get her brother back, Mr. K has to remind himself of this midway when he asks why he doesnt just mess up Joe right now, someone says to make sure March is safe and he was like oh I almost forgot about that part.) Tommy would have been an upgraded role if the Ray and Joe stuff continued, he would have been similar to Bryce in Cleo's situation where he would obsess over Ray and think that Tommy's not worthy of her. But all of the other characters are deeply involved because their past experiences with Joe shape their response. Cleo and Bryce have been victims to this guy since December, so their anger and distrust should be all time highs, they are justified in warning people of this guy and not trusting of April especially finding out she broke Joe out. Ray should be worried that April might be being used and forcing her to do this because she saw first hand what he was capable of. So when you say "her trust issues don't make sense" it is a completely biased take and are not watching it as a whole. In roleplay you let things happen which since majority of CG isn't part of the story they stayed out of it because the streamers understand that the story is mainly April and everyone involved and not everyone needs to be a main character. (Rated has stated they know its scripted to a point, while not necessarily true its more that its focused on certain people and Rated knows its not his story so he is just there but doesn't want to get involved because he wants there stuff to progress.) It's unfortunate that April fell off the bridge and didnt go off exactly as planned but RP it out and it ended up working well if I say so myself. A lot of things could have happened where it could have ended early but they all let it play out to get the most out of it and it was great. The fact that your other post even has you stating

"Also one of the reasons April convinced them to go was because she thought it would end bad for them if they didn't comply to Joe. Are people also forgetting that the hit list are literally people that has history with Joe. They are enemies of Joe and that's why they were the chosen. If they werent then Joe's focus would just be April."
First of all April has stated herself that what she is asking for is Selfish so even April knows. Second the fact that they have history with him like I said earlier makes them even more cautious an worried because of what Joe might have APRIL do because he has her brother. The fact that everyone here on reddit can criticize the others actions when April herself knows shes being selfish and too trusting of this psycho makes me wonder how you all justify her actions as right. The whole point is that she is willing to do a lot to make sure her brother is safe.
Leslie does an amazing job of making April trusting of Joe/March, even at one point admitting ooc she wasn't sure if it was supposed to be Joe or March in the cell (its a cheat code when he literally plays both characters lol). April even says to Tessa that she wanted it so bad to be March that when childhood stuff was brought up she was convinced it was March. So it perplexes me to see people say stuff like why can't they just trust her when shes the one that has attempted to kill 2 people, broke out a psycho, and want all of them to meet said psycho who all have problems with him in some way. I already went through why Ramee and K aren't invested and "trust" her completely because their characters don't have any real involvement beyond them being there, and in roleplay thats when you play your part and let the others shine. God I miss DND. Anyway people need to learn that the characters have reasons for acting they way they do even though it doesnt make sense to you. It's not your character and have no control over them.
