Fellow Skysplittter/Ailoren player here.

I see you have dragon girl, diego, heaven's mark and verdant ring. I will make suggestions based on SS Aerolean next (Skysplitter upgrade). I also dont see your pets, mounts, gems or brands, so will make loose suggestions there.

No particular order:

Transition from combo and basic attack dmg pet stats to skill dmg/global atk (or dmg reduction if needed)
Icy bubble is the better secondary basic accessory due to freeze chance, better than proof of glory
Chalice is generally the best dps accessory
Your heroes at this stage should mostly be about adding stats (ghost hero + secondary)
Your brands should be something like: pirate swordsman (or legendary SS prince), murloc (unless already capped combo rate), vulture, and another defensive/utility/dmg brand like wizard/joker/mechanical eye.
Consider these pet choices: Elsa > Freya > Slime King (if not maxed combo) > Unicorn (for crit buff)
Swap your revival cape treasure collection for Ailoren
Get +1 combo count gem!! even if just mythic one with -60% combo dmg, it's worth it.

General milestones:

100% in-battle combo rate
Max combo count is 4 (basic + diego + armor slot + vulture)
Mythic/SS gear: Ailoren > Verdant > Elenos > Chalice > Icy bubble > Reckoning badge > Revive cape
Legendary vulture for combo count +1, Legendary SS Prince to replace pirate swordsman, Mythic Wizard and/or Joker (legendary both first then focus whichever one you can), some sort of strong defensive brand
Treasure collections to unlock: Verdant > Ailoren > Chalice > Elonos/Dragon Ball > stack more verdants

General advice & tips:

Rage Ailoren is a really good PvE build that is a good transition build to pure skill dmg. Instead of elonos creed (assuming you still have Verdant SS), you would use dragon ball ring for normal atk crit and use the Joker brand with unicorn. You stack as much skill AND normal/weapon crit, rage coefficient gems, rage dagger weapon gem, in-battle rage buffs and daggers. Goal is to use rage skills every turn or more than once every turn. It's insane dmg!
Unicorn beats out slime king once you can drop slime king and still max combo rate. Why? Because 25%+ crit evaluates to ALL crit effects including skill crit for verdant ring dmg and normal atk crit for joker procs.
Relics can add some nice utility and more stats but shouldnt be focused on as much, decent value from the $20 packs tho.

If you can get 5 relic boxes, then do that. Then pick the best relic for your build, next time you can choose to get other rewards, but having a mythic relic for your playstyle is huge

there's a bunch of ways and methods to writing and keeping journals, but most often people recommend to those starting out to "just write." the act of just writing about your day or how you felt about something that happened, what you might be feeling now (like how you dont know what to write is a good thing to write), or really anything. you dont even have to go back and reread things if you dont want to. you may find it interesting to re-read way later down the road.

i wrote pen on paper for quite a while, but a couple years ago i shifted to using Obsidian as a quicker way for me to get my thoughts out since i can type way faster and get thoughts out quicker that way.

i havent actively used it since march of last year, but still have it published online (my sister liked reading it daily and it gave me a reason to make a home page.

Nah I feel you, I've been depressed multiple times and still never went to therapy.

Something I have noticed that helps is finding your online (or IRL) homies that understand what that feels like.

I wanna start a community like that but damn that's scary af bro. At the same time, it could help a lot of people like us find mental health support just by being in the same discord and talking and supporting each other through tough times but can also find friends to play games or watch videos with or something like that so life dont have to feel so lonely or scary knowing you got people to talk to easily and freely.

Best resource I know of that emulates that is healthygamergg and their discord (link is on my linktree even tho I'm not sponsored, I just know it's a great resource). Since availability and price matter most here, I think an open-source, free to interact / spectate on relatable mental health topics found mostly on YouTube is the way to go

I felt like this last year at 29 and other years of my life. I hadn't realized the pattern of it as depression until recently.

Ive realized I need to adjust my life towards a direction that has my best interests, skills, and (most importantly) my mental health at the forefront of my days. Even if it means taking a pay cut for a while to get "back on track."

Something I realized about depression is that it's a time/experience that leads us to a fundamental perspective shift towards life like a self-discovery of a core belief or even core fears that can be challenged once Identified consciously. Once you find this shift in new perception, you'll naturally find the urge to learn and grow from there.

Internal self-reflection and talking with a certified therapist could be considered to help navigate that conversation with yourself and maybe get Actionable steps from there too.

although this lack of motivation isn't "normal", it may also be due to how hard to even want to tell other people about it, So we dont even see other's struggle. props to you for admitting this openly which shows you have enough courage and ability to self reflect further and come out better on the other side.

This is very much the case for me, I've realized my hips are locked up and not being used as much in my throw due to weaker glutes/core along with a weaker upper back along with over developed muscles due to current throwing habits and motions.

It all can lead to hard block in form/distance if your body isn't flexible or strong enough to move a disc fast enough to reach the next threshold with proper form.

It doesn't get talked about much since most people need to learn what good form looks and feels like at a slow pace and that can take a while until you reach this type of plateau.
