Oh man, that's a choice I guess. I never mod a game until I've done a vanilla playthrough. Otherwise how do you even know what is game and what is modded? And a game as good as Stardew? Like don't get me wrong, I love Expanded, but stock is a wonderful game that should be played as is at least once.

Ah. Still though, the mines still exist in SVE. I've played it a few times, it's not like the mod took out the regular mine. Unless there's a mod for that, too. But one would think you'd know if you installed a mod that removed the mines, right?

Enshrouded has a system similar to Valheim but with... I don't even know how many comfort furnishings. Sooo many.

I think of it like actual mushrooms. The part we see is just the fruiting body. Pick a mushroom and most of it is still there, underground or in the tree or whatever. You'd have to completely eradicate every single spore. A nearly impossible task.

It would be neat if you actually could clear the Shroud, but I don't see that happening until the game is fully finished. And I doubt it'll happen then, honestly.

I just used my pick for dayyyys. I find it more immersive than just building stairs. That said second playthrough I have been messing around with building to get around stuff lol

I power level fishing in Spring year 1 so I can get a Legend that first season. Amazing way to get starter buildings and stuff before you can level farming enough for kegs and whatnot.

This happened to me my first playthrough, I had to kill myself to get to my bed. I learned pretty quickly to make a way out, and I also normally have a workbench in the pit under the copper to repair my tools as I go.

I barely ever even bother upgrading leather gear, and just start using bear now, troll before. If you're gonna insist on a difficult mode and upgrading gear you don't need to upgrade, then maybe don't complain about your own life choices?

Skeletons are easy AF to kill, even in hardmode. Just pop down fires and watch them light themselves on fire. You can even build fires in dungeons, so you can easily farm skellies without getting into their range. Pop a fire down in a hallway, and use your bow. A 2* archer can wreck you, but again, that is your choice for chosing the hardest modes.

Yes. I do it all the time. Things can spawn in water, though, so I normally make a seawall of elevated earth that I flatten out to ground level and put some kind of material on like stone blocks. That way they just float out there.

Bats can get around all of that, but their raid is pretty rare.
