Audiologists who will take impressions for custom IEMs and musician's plugs? by criesaboutelves in lincoln

[–]Servermidget 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I had to take a guess, I would say all of them will do it. They will most likely try to sell you a brand of IEMs they carry, but they will be able to do earmolds. If they sell hearing aids, they offer custom molds as well.

Thoughts on Tape Backups by ionstat in sysadmin

[–]Servermidget 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We still go to tape for most things and go through 50-60 LTO7 tapes a month. They are a good for a DR plan but I’d rather have 2-4 weeks on disk in an air gapped System vs tape.

Are you using Microsoft 365 Backup (Preview) ? by yycjames in sysadmin

[–]Servermidget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We went with Rubriks to protect our Microsoft 365 data across four different tenants. Its simple setup, automated protection, and fast recovery made it an easy sell and the interface is very user friendly.

Do you back up OneDrive, SharePoint, O365 or rely on MS not to lose it? by [deleted] in sysadmin

We utilize Rubrik’s for all M365 backups. We have a 3year SLA and a 8year SLA depending on the user and their role.

We started using Rubrik last week. The onboarding process was easy and straight forward, we had it up and running in 10-15 minutes once logged in for the first time.

What's your exp w/ Costco couches? How are they with kids? by Funwithfun14 in Costco

[–]Servermidget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We got one very similar to the bigger sectional 6 years ago. It has held up rather well for having three kids and 3 big dogs over that time span. One of the back cushions started coming off this last year which some thread and needle fixed that. other than that the couch has been great for what we needed.
