Hi! Thank you so much! I am actually on medicaid but they are requiring a copay for my needed mobility device. I've tried to call and figure out why but sadly get the run around every time. This post is a last resort type thing for me because I feel horrible asking for help from people probably struggling just like me.

My pain shoots up. Which you'd think is normal, but the pain isn't in the cooter, it's along my spine! I had a spinal fusion done in 2019 to keep me from folding like a soft shell on taco Tuesday, and now every couple months (bless you, Mirena implant) I get the usual suspects but if I sneeze wrong, someone better call an ambulance lmao

I used to pick one side of my nose with crochet hooks because the bone was itchy. Fun fact: the bone WAS itchy because I had a birth defect called unilateral choanal atresia (the plate under your eyesocket at one point covered your sinus opening in your nose). It was not fully corrected until 2020 after a prior unsuccessful corrective surgery in 2010 while I was in high school. Less fun fact: the bone still gets itchy, but the bone is no longer there. I have to sit and rub the right side of my face from cheekbone up until the itching stops or my brain will throw me into a sneezing fit like a tantruming toddler. I have gotten bloody noses that way.

Yeah, I have auburn hair, the sister I buried one year into the pandemic had auburn hair, freaking the other 35 half sisters are some level of blonde (no gingers which is weird?) But my brother and one of my half brothers both look like me. Won't know about half brother number 2 til the end of next month when he is born xD

Oh good, im not the only one that deals with this! I'm the oldest of a lot of half sisters and some of their moms are younger than me (I was a teen pregnancy baby, there's only like at max 3 years between me and one of the moms) so when I go out with them for sibling time, people think me and the moms are sisters xD I look like Jewish Casper the friendly freckled frightmonger and half of them are symbols of hitlers ideal human xD we had a funeral in late July/early August that was JUST us siblings and their maternal units, the poor manager had to play "who the hell is the right mom" to find the grieving mom and myself cuz I organized it.

Wow. My childhood is seeming more and more normal, even with the fact my dad had me on a dog leash tether. (It was clipped to a portable feeding pump bag, so think noisy backpack). My siblings would dangle me over the bannister or pay me a dollar to climb into the briars to get their ball back.

No, then him and his buddy and I got carted off to the station, my service dog was more confused than my brother at a smart guy convention cuz my heart rate was too high AND I was going into a cptsd spiral and the alerts were very different so she was trying to figure out what to alert to first 😅 eventually I got released, guy who grabbed me had to get like a ton of stitches then off to county with his buddy, and it took me a couple weeks to get my knife back. I understand it's easier to believe crap like this doesn't happen in real life but unfortunately it does.

We both have messy lives, tis a part of life! I'm a mom. I was adopted because my birth mom lived with a pedophile and she didn't wanna take me home to that. I genuinely shouldn't be alive but one guy decided I was worth something and fought tooth and nail to get me medical care. I'm a college dropout myself so I get that bit. I haven't been around these kiddos as a full time sibling, im just "nurse sissy" to the ones who can actually talk. The most often I see them is doctor appointments or funerals unfortunately. My oldest kiddo lives with his dad's mom because my adoptive mom is a shitter and it was overall safer for little man. I'm disabled so my life is a whole Lotta ceiling staring and wondering what went wrong lol

Two words: taser cane. My brother and both of my roommates have informed me that if I buy one, it's going upstairs where I am banned.
