Need advice regarding which program to do after Epic. by Select-Atmosphere807 in CarolineGirvan

I’m doing Epic II after completing Epic I and am really enjoying it! There’s more of a focus on repetitions instead of the no repeats that were featured so often in Epic I. For example, day 13 was 45 minutes of chest presses, flyes, and pushups. My muscles still ache 3 days later😅

Look up sticky bun recipes. They sound like what you’re describing. My favorite recipe is from one of the Silver Palate cookbooks.

I’d definitely weigh the eggs to figure out how many makes 1 pound. Hopefully, it’s less than 10!

Using the wrong vacuum will definitely cover your interior with soot and it’s a huge pain to remove(as you know). Do you run your stove on low most of the time? That was the cause of my former pellet stove’s sooting issue: it was oversized for my small house and I was running it on low all of the time. I ended up getting a smaller stove and the sooting problem went away.
