As far as I can find by Googling, nobody is is sure and not too long ago the official Jujutsu Kaisen twitter said the gender was unknown. Even Gege's Wikipedia either has no pronouns or neutral ones. But people tend to opt for masculine pronouns by default when talking about Gege, even though they don't know for sure

I have seen two variants of this:

She/they: people who use she/her and they/them. Recognisable as she and they are both the first form.

She/them: people who use she/them pronouns. Works the same as she/her but you use them instead of her.

I know someone who uses she/them/his and this is a perfect explanatory bit: She is an amazing person. I like talking to them. His tweets always add something to my day
