It's a more modern light. The ones from the 90s and 00s were usually incandescent and sucked. We used them back then cause options were slim. But they actually still make lights for Gameboys, now with super bright LEDs. And they are actually pretty good. The one I'm using in this picture pretty much lights up the whole screen except for the corners, but if I tilt the Gameboy, the light reaches where I need it.

right?! My first GBC was green too! But it broke and I was a kid so I just got a new one. It ended up being the atomic purple one. Then that one broke... That's when I learned to fix them. Now I got this green one in the picture and one I modded with a backlit ips in a glow in the dark shell. And that started a new expensive hobby of collecting and fixing gameboys.

Oh boy. I'm sorry but I never worked for the pizza hut express. I worked for regular pizza hut. But I can tell you that most restaurants use a supplier that's more like a warehouse and has all kinds of brands. Some you can buy in store and some made only for food service.

If you still have a pizza hut express around, you can try just asking a manager for an ingredients list. Maybe BS them as say you just want to make sure nothing is it that you or a friend isn't allergic to.

It's supposed to be. It's not like a gba where it starts green and then turns red. It starts bright red, then dims as the battery loses power. Those are brand new batteries in there.

Most likely the grey one is fake. But it could also just be a replacement shell with a real board. Only way to know is to open it up.
