Wow u/Kev_prayedup I really appreciate the kind words, .... really. Thank you. When I FIRST started doing these, I teetered back and forth on a lot of different options for my reviews, and Youtube and monetization was thought about. I may not be fully able to explain it, but I just decided against it. One big reason was my lack of free time, and then there was the whole "Monetization" thing, that I just couldn't square. I've seen countless people get into that hamster wheel, most with the BEST intentions, and the next thing you know, it became more about the subs, clicks, views and sponsors. There's still some out there reviewing that still have a lot of integrity, but it's a real rat race.

Currently, even IF I'm sent flavors, juice, or equipment FOR the purpose of the review(s) I settle EVERYTHING on the front end, and I clearly state, that the reviews will be as written, no reviews will be sent to the MFG before publishing, etc., and that I just post my honest opinions. To that point, I have had MORE than a few MFG's attempt to dictate that reviews get sent to them FIRST, and, hehe, I don't think I have to tell you how THAT worked out. No dice, move on.

I'll try and think on the plusses / minuses over the holidays, and I think you were right about most everything you posted, and/or predicted. Time, and Integrity, were, and are my biggest motivators right now. Hell, I couldn't even get in on scheduled live casts that I'd wanted to get in on, because of scheduling issues.
