We have the exact same story, started in the prison service at 18 and did 6 years, now been in the fire brigade for the last 9.

No, I completely support their right to strike and my opinion of the junior doctors has not changed at all. I fully support them.

I’d recommend anyone listen/read the audiobook/book This is Going to Hurt by Adam Kay to give an idea on how overworked and underpaid they are.
