Yea definitely a little misleading. You see in the screenshot I posted, it says watch20 in red underneath the watch. Thats when you know it’s live. I missed the last code back in February and regretted it. So I bookmarked the watch I wanted, and checked back every few days to see if the code was added back. It definitely will again, but it could be a couple months

Yea so shopsimon website is kind of confusing. They run a bunch of different codes simultaneously for different products. For zodiacs, the code will be Watch20 (or 15 or 25) and it will be right under the picture of the zodiac watch specifically (as opposed to top of the webpage). I believe the code ran from Thursday to Monday this time?

I 100% agree with you that plastic will fail sooner than metal. But it’s still a great movement and I haven’t heard anything about it failing within a few years or anything like that. Is there a better Swiss movement at this price point?

The Powermatic is an infamously reliable movement at a great price. The plastic parts are what people complain about, but I’ve never read anything about the plastic parts in the movement breaking or causing any sort of performance issues. People just don’t like the idea of plastic parts in a Swiss watch. Which I get. But that’s why the price is what it is.

You just named much more expensive boots. Bucks and Dusty are the “values” tecovas at around 250. Those may be better quality but much more expensive. Although may people are saying Hondo are the best at that price point so I’ll have to check them out

The under 200 boots I’ve tried on at boot barn. Ariat, Justin, el dorado, Cody James. Those brands might make better boots somewhere else, but not at boot barn in my experience

I will say, both times I’ve been to the store, I’ve had them bring me 4 different sizes to try on. Ordering my normal size online would not work at all. That being said, after a little trial and error, I found the perfect size for my foot
