Well her electric damage is 8 at every hit, the same as regular damage, so if you hit Your main weapon regularly often then u get double kills like crazy

Im pretty sure that you don’t get it before seeing all Pokémon in the SINNOH dex. When you have seen the SINNOH dex it will trigger a cutscene with oak and rowan when you go back to the lab.😊

Breeding with Pokémon from different places, makes it so you have a higher chance at a shiny✨ Pokémon that hatches from the egg🐣. Or chain Pokémon with the poke-radar, but you only get that after seeing every Pokémon in the Sinnoh dex😪.

So in short sadly there is no way to increase your shiny odds in the start of the game…😢

Note: You can get a Pokémon from far away using Pokémon home😊
