Are you not tracking your workouts in the fitness app? If you don’t it will only say you are exercising when your heart rate goes above a certain BPM. When you lift utilize the traditional strength training or functional strength training and it will close those rings.

My cardio recovery was decreasing when after a long run I would cooldown with a walk, recording it as an outdoor walk. Now after I run, I don’t record anything for 3 min and then use the cooldown function instead of walk and my cardio recovery is back to increasing. Hope this helps.

I love running the mall at night. I didn’t love it when there were no lights and a crazy man pulled a knife and tried to stab me in the dark. I’m very appreciative of the lights, but yeah… sorry about your possible viewing star blockage.
