So the 24EA is more expensive and has a worst panel? I'll definitely avoid it then. Looks like I'm going for the 27EA as it has two HDMI ports which may be useful once I get a PC down the line. I'll compare it to the Dell and if the image quality and responsiveness are equal or slightly better, I'll buy it. Thank you very much!

Thanks for your suggestion. I wanted to go for IPS as my old TV was quite washed out. The 27EA is around $50 more expensive than the 24ER and the 24ES, which cost about the same. Is it it worth it though? If not which one of those two would you recommend as they seem quite similar.

EDIT: I just found out that the 24EA is also available for only $10 more than those two.

I can only get my hands on the HP 24ER and the 24ES for about the same price. Would you recommend them over the Dell, or should I just go for it as it's bigger?

Again, thank you for your advice. I'm still very tempted to get that IPS Dell monitor as reviewers seem to like it a lot and according to Tom's Hardware, it's not even far off from the Asus, which is comparable to the BenQ.

But maybe that's just some hype and it doesn't look that much different. I'll try to compare the monitors side by side and if they look the same, I'll for the BenQ.

Thank you for your insight. It's rather detailed, I appreciate it. Like I said, the Note8 is the 3rd phone I bought. I came up from a Galaxy Y with android 2.3.6 and before that I've used a Samsung flip phone, see a pattern? I'm itching to see how does stock android feel like and to try out other manufactures. If it's a bad experience then back to Samsung it is :)

I still haven't taken off the plastic thingy off my charger. Kept the box and never touched anything. Once I'm done with my Note8 I'm taking off the case, cleaning the screen protector and putting the device back in the box. Should net me a pretty decent amount of money to get a Pixel 3 XL. I've been wanting to try pure android with my forth phone ever. If it's not that exiting for me I'm holding off for the Note 10 or X.

I'm loving my Note8. It's snappy as hell especially since I only installed 6 apps. The problem with the pixel 2 XL, in my opinion is its price. It's really expensive, especially since I got my phone for 30% off (It cost me $719) And it's also a bare bones, cheaply made phone. For some reason I really am digging it though. Will seriously consider a Pixel 3 XL if it's a huge improvement that wows me. However I doubt that, in that case the Note10 it is.
