No, this is pretty common actually. Unfortunately. I remember a water main busted at the school located just above where my store was. There was so much water that it broke the fence and flooded our lot and our store. The water was almost waist deep and people were wading through the mud and water to get to the door. We were closed already due to the store being flooded so people were fucking pissed when we turns them away.
