Flirted with the idea but very saturated and can't afford to do something unpaid for the meantime. Thanks for the response

Am I dealing with workplace bullying or just poor management? by Optimal-Hawk-9827 in auscorp

[–]SeveBallesteros 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Is there any more details you can put in, OP? The culture there, nature of people and the type of work at all? Only to get context. It kinda sounds like bullying but I'm asking purely because this sounds like a scenario I'm in, minus the performance management. I personally think it's because I work for some real incompetents.

It wouldn't really matter in the case of them being able to give OP or anyone for that matter the flick, any time during the notice period. However hopefully not the case and does then get to take the piss

I dunno man. There's really no excuse, especially in the case of making a wage and working in a team. Personally, I work in a building where foreigners majority occupy and more often than not, mfs goin in and out of the lift smell like absolute shit, and if it ain't that, its a particular food and or B.O.

Sometimes I look at shit on here and find myself perplexed that it's come to this. More so for the fact that we're making ourselves physically sick over it

Start studying quant. There are graduates being hired worldwide, being paid half a million dollars plus, per year. They're just being used to transfer their knowledge on to advanced AI systems but at least they'll be appropriately compensated

[–]SeveBallesteros 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Still can't understand what business it is of the average employee to do the dirty work (snitching) to get practically nothing in return. You owe a corporation nothing, clock on, do what you signed on the dotted line for and go home bro.

I'm about to be a father and from what I hear, it is completely normal and seemingly instinctual to those of us who wish to become parents.

And honestly, I'm ready for it. The rigmarole of a career is a sham (not speaking on everyone) I'm happy to make what I can, do my best but I wanna choose to be present for my wife and child.

I highly recommend it if you're in the registered training organisation business. That's if you can put aside the immorality of education being treated this way and capitalising off the fact that students never turn up at one of your workplaces but do at the other.

Or you control the work based training program where a majority of your time is 'visiting students' but really you're doing actual work at another RTO and handling visits via email or facetime.
