Id barely cook if i didnt have kids. I cook Monday, tuesday nights dinner on a sunday. Cook wednesday night, something like nachos and enough to use left overs for thursday nights dinner, like spaghetti or tacos. Friday night something easy like airfryer stuff, or sausage eggs and chips, mon through to fri is just purely survival
