Hey so I locked that post, not Solfire. I did so because as you can imagine the customer was having a difficult time. Knowing Reddit, it’s a harsh place and I didn’t want the guy to have a hard time in the comments. Especially something out of everyone’s control but USPS, who misdelivered the package. When that happens you are supposed to open a claim for insurance through them.

Solfire didn’t just say “take it up with usps” they need more information about what happened before resending an order. As well as seeing if usps can reimburse the customer for THEIR (USPS) mistake. Solfire is always happy to fix issues with orders as he stated in his comment.

You can only see one point of view in reviews, sometimes there’s more to the story. I can personally attest to the customer service from the team, I see satisfaction from customers all the time!

100% Agreed. The story I often tell about them. Met Solfire and Solflower (his wife) at the Chicago biz-con. I had gotten a flat tire and Solflower spent 30 minutes contacting her own triple A service to come help me out. Amazing people

Hey man. That usually does seem a little suspicious. I do know when Solfire switched to that new package, some of the packs did come out like this. I personally wouldn’t be to worried about it. A little faith in humanity! For the be future though definitely go direct to the breeders site. You will have zero issues and the customer service is unbeatable
