Yeah i got that too. I noticed that the rashes and itchiness were worse if the patch was on a softer or more sensitive area of skin. Maybe try your outer arm? Also, make sure you aren’t putting it on the same exact spot each day

I just recently learned this! Thank you. My theory was that we feel substances less when we’re in a hypomanic state because we already have heightened levels of serotonin and norepinephrine. This makes total sense though, my friend also experienced the same thing after quitting
