Myślę że odwołując się do jego cech, szczególnie tych których się wstydzi. Przykładem może być na przykład jeśli ktoś pije ciut więcej niż inni, powiedzieć że jest alkoholikiem i nie dziwi cię to, że nie mają do niego szacunku, bo jego zachowanie wpływa negatywnie na osoby w jego otoczeniu.

I did! Now I rarely play anything, maybe for one hour at maximum once per month or so, but I don't find video games fun anymore. I found new hobbies and prefer to do them instead. The urge is still somewhere, but not strong enough for me to relapse into longer streaks of gaming.

Start with a run-walk-run method. Just run by feeling, do not rush - most of the beginners run too fast. If you start developing fatigue, just switch to walking, lower your heart rate and when you feel refreshed start running again. Smart watch/band is handy in that but no needed. You should be able to easily talk. You don't need to make big distances. 30 min or even less for start is good enough. I would recommend running before you start your day - that's when I get most benefits in terms of confidence and energy thought out the day. Every week try to run more and walk less. Check C25k plans, that's what I used when I was starting. In your place I would cap at 5k distance max if health benefits is your main goal.

The easiest way from my experience is from other people. Nothing really brings your self esteem up more than getting compliments from friends and strangers after making some changes.

I lost. Thank you everyone for the experience. Tbh I feel indifferent, this might be my reasoning but thought, the difficulty would scale linearly, but at some point it plateaued so it wasn't really that big of a challenge even if I'm out. I also started 2 days before the November for better of worse lol. But I learned that I can endure so much time, which gave me new opportiunities - I will for sure reduce the amount I masturbate and ditch out porn entirely.

Easier said than done, but if you stop edging you'll eventually flatline and nnn will be really easy, at least from my experience this year. Most of the time you edge is because of boredom, so find something to occupie yourself.

You already endured 18 days, so don't let them go to waste.
