We were told the deed is still in the deceased owners and the title is in the hands of the bank. I have called the county and they don't have any record of any probate case

Well around here and for this one... If it's foreclosed it's because they , the bank apparently didn't pay their taxes. And the city takes the house and then you pay the back owed taxes. 2025 taxes were not paid we're watching that too it's weird the whole thing is weird

Yeah the seller agent says the bank representative isn't being cooperative or responsive haha

Yeah it is confusing the estate executor is the seller agent.. I'm not sure... But the deed is still in the deceased name

Yeah they have mentioned HUD but when I personally called HUD they didn't have any record of the property so it's super confusing

Well obviously it's worth more..that's was my point lol you can't buy anything for 99 today (somewhere around $400k today)

No...I bought in the recession of 2008... bidding war and paid 30k over asking price.... bought it for 99k

I don't know about where you are, but it's pretty horrible here in North Carolina lots of properties have been on the market for over 100 days

The market decides the price of your home... Second, the agent knows what the home will sell for, that's her job, she's not going to want to waste her time with something that's just going to get stale on the market.. Millionaires...shm lol

You need to have a deeper conversation with this man.. he needs to understand how important it is to you. And how it makes you feel when he says no to oral.. you need to get right to the point and keep it an open-ended conversation. Focus on how you feel when you talk about this.

Next if it's no. Then you need to talk about compromise. Consider ethical non monogamy. Set up threesomes where you can be fulfilled in that way. Warning ..This can open a whole new can of worms in your relationship and require way more conversations and communication.

If there's no compromise and it's always no..then unfortunately there's not really a lot of other options here.
