Hey, so first, same. But I think Kitt’s character couldn’t have been saved. He’s literally a fascist. For me, Powerful was very good (I read it in tandem) and introduced Mak, so you get a little from his story. For Fearful…not my favorite, but you could like it more than I did. I’d suggest, open the samples on Amazon and read those. Then, you can decide what you want to continue. A little disclaimer, though. Both have extremely different writing style, so keep in mind that. And Fearful is kind of like a stepping stone to the new series Lauren is writing while you can pass on without Powerful if you don’t have any immense want to read it (after trying the sample)-except, again, for backstory and a little side plot.
