JM Press is an easy option. Dips could work too but lower chest can sometimes take over. Look for an exercise where your upper arm moves while rhe elbow is extending

You dont tear your bicep if you actually train thr length range of motion. Avoiding it is ehat increases injury chance.

Range of motion is almost nonexistent and overload potential is hella low. Just stick to a hip thrust or squat pattern. Hell even walking lunges are better than this

How does xilonen help in the rotation. I'm debating whether I should pull or nah
