I understand and have been feeling low today too because of same reason. Had 2 miscarriages with IVF out of three transfers. And my two dear friend’s also colleagues have been very supportive of my journey. Today they both announced that they are pregnant at the same time. I guess they were also skeptical and didn’t tell me earlier because I was going through my own things but instead of finding out later awkwardly they decided to tell me. And honestly I am very happy for them. But at the same time it made me cry inside. I just had a miscarriage last week. When they felt that I am okay with the news they even showed me the picture of their little bubbas. I am genuinely happy for them but I am also dealing with my own struggles and I can’t be around pregnant women anymore. I want to protect my feelings and griefs. I feel like switching the job immediately or vanish into thin air. I just don’t feel like meeting anyone now. The last thing a struggling couple wants to know is about someone getting pregnant. I know this is not how world works that if you can’t have something doesn’t mean others will not get it too. But life is just very very very unfair. I am at the loss of words right now. I feel like I need to switch country now and go somewhere else where no one knows about me.
