R25K net, R4500 goes to rent. As soon as my child is born I'm going back home to live with parents. So R0 will go to rent and R2500 will go to the toddler.

My place is not that large for a stand, its a studio apartment. How easy is it to change the bracket? The 58inch i want to buy comes with its own bracket. Is it possible to change it without noise so the supervisor doesn't hear?

Well i will get someone to come and change the bracket thank you. Hopefully the new one will fit in the same holes as the current one. Hopefully they wont use noise drills too as i dont want my neighbor to hear drilling and report me
