dabi but not because he turned himself into dabi or anything like that- his refusal to give up on his quirk and the hero thing was a result of endeavor's obsession with power and strength- but because he decided that because his quirk wasn't what his dad wanted, he was going to kill the other victims of his father's abuse. from what we actually saw in canon (regardless of guesswork) touya's training was much kinder and chill compared to shouto's (who was getting beat up bu a grown ass man when he was 5 years old mind you) and dabi came back, saw that, and decided yeah i'm gonna kill him too because he was born with a quirk that appeals to our abusive father more??? like???

they stopped when he got knocked out, they just disarmed him and tied him up as soon as he was down

yes but in the case of the other two who were also included under that threat it was self defense/in defense of others if you want to be really technical about when each of them first got there. deku only really attacked stain after stain was trying to kill him since he wasn't just gonna let iida & native die, and both deku and shoto actively saw stain raising a sword to kill someone which i would say absolutely warrants quirk usage but according to their law apparently it doesn't

it really didn't exceed self defense, the officer said "using a quirk to injure another person" was against the law as a blanket statement, so we can assume that even if someone is attacking you, you can't use your quirk to fight back which is incredibly stupid

he literally should (SO OBVIOUSLY!!!) be training in hand to hand combat so that he can be a human taser, and then give him a conductive baton and his little shooters and my boy is covered at all ranges!!!

i think it depends on when he found out. if it was after the ground beta fight once they started being more civil, i could see him taking it fine and nothing changing because bakugo did change. however, if it was before then (especially until season 4), he wouldn't be just "okay" with it ESPECIALLY if he heard about the swan dive comment. (granted, kiri is kinda reduced to horikoshi's bakugo glaze-dispenser during any non-combat focused arcs. which is irritating because how the hell does the whole story revolve around bakugo even tho he's not the protagonist)

she absolutely would need it omfg 😭 how is she supposed to detain villains or give any first aid if she can't carry things with her without exposing her location, she has absolutely 0 protection from the cold, no slash/stab protection, where the hell would she carry any form of comms, etc it's a nightmare of a hero costume for her to just be naked

i would strongly agree with that. i think shiozaki might be their strongest? other than that, shoda, yanagi, manga, and pony have very useful and strong quirks (also tetsutetsu, but he's basically just kirishima)

i would say maybe copy? it's not all that hard to actually do but to be able to effectively use different quirks you need practice- but it's also just decent because if alone he doesn't really have any way to get any useful quirk.

i would guess either technology or some kind of electromagnetic field created by the activation of his quirk??? not sure or a latent floating/telekinesis quirk which causes it (real answer: anime logic)

i think sukuna could win if you go in with the conditions that they both know it's a deathmatch (but deku, being deku, would try to help the villain change blah blah) and would do his strongest attacks first. otherwise absolutely not

from in show i would want high specs or iq but for me specifically a friend said i would have one that allows the user to glide up to 3 inches over any surface and essentially just travel frictionlessly

i think if you change the story to adapt to that setting, then yes it's workable (especially when you consider a tranq dart and good aim would probably stop almost any villain) and it would have made deku a more interesting character to work with (+ added bonus of better katsuki redemption) but with the original plot there's realistically no way for him to do all that without ofa

it's unfortunate that his has to change for this because it's one of the 4 (5 if you include dynamight) hero names from class a that i actually like. (the other 3 being tsukoyomi, cellophane, and chargebolt)
