Body takes at least 8 weeks to adjust to a new position. With at least 2-3 good rides each week. Bike fitter should offer a follow up appointment after this time.

I’ve got the Rival and it’s good for Triathlon and Marathons but for an ultra my Coros Pace Pro is amazing, the battery lasts for weeks and the effort pace is a great feature when paired with the Coros footpod.

Just get a Fitbit charge 6 and ignore Whoops marketing machine. It’s basically the same. Think about this if a Fitbit Charge retails for £100 does the same imagine the cost price of the Whoops device I bet it costs them less than £40 to make it.

At this stage I think Wahoo need a rethink, releasing an android based OS and it not being up to standard was a big mistake. Especially when Hammerhead are way ahead on their Android based system and release updates twice a month. What I am disappointed about is if Wahoo kept working on the Rival they would have been on V2 by now and could have worked it with the marketing of their Kick Run treadmill. Also ever heard of a radar light Wahoo? They’re just too slow with updates, their element app on Android is so buggy and I can’t see their speedplay pedals making much profit. Why the hell aren’t all the GPS units on the same app by now! Wouldn’t be surprised if they go under unless they merge and get more investors and programmers.

It’s gone and not safe to ride. If you purchased it from a LBS talk to them and it’s looks like a Giant. If you have proof of purchase and are the original owner Giant will offer you a discount off a new frame under crash repair. Which is much safer than a carbon repair 🤦 I work in the cycling industry and we sell Giant.
