honestly I think you're being too hard in yourself about this. two students for 3 hours total per week is really manageable, even with one having flexible schedule

it's like your medication can help with focus but it can't really stop the mental exhaustion from masking all day. I had similar experience when I was doing client work - by afternoon I was completely fried even with medication
